Woo Hoo! I just got a job!
I got a call yesterday afternoon from the owner of the Boscawen Inn, a local hotel here in Lunenburg. We set up an interview time for 10am this morning. So off I went, had a little chat with the owner, and was offered the job on the spot. Hooray!
This so beats working at Sobeys, part time, all the way in Bridgewater.
The Inn is only three streets down from our place, and I get full time hours. Right now the job only goes until the end of October, but they are hoping to get geared up to stay open during the winter. Either way, being a front desk clerk at this amazing old building is going to rock my socks.
